Housing
We provide a stress free service for Housing Associations, Landlords, Letting & Agents. As much of our work is in both planned and reactive maintenance we work with careful consideration for residents whilst ensuring that work is completed efficiently.
Disabled Adaptations
We can offer full sensitive evaluation of what is needed from access ramps through to wet rooms we are happy to work with you to provide a practical and yet comfortable solution.
Commercial & Insurance
Commercial
We offer businesses the opportunity to use our services for either regular maintenance work or one off projects. We appreciate that you need to keep disruption to a minimum so are able to offer services out of hours where required. Our services are tailored to meet your individual needs from minor office repairs through to full retrofit & renovations.

We understand that if you are making a claim on your Insurance policy that you will need a contractor who can provide you with an accurate costing and realistic timescale.
Public Services
We have a wealth of experience working within Schools, Charities, Religious buildings & Public Services. We are happy to provide a full design service to ensure that projects are completed to the highest possible standards. We can offer a full planned maintenance package.
